Add seam allowance

Use stretch fabric knit or jersey.

Sew a straight stitch along the inseam or straight edge. Sew the inner leg seams.

Attach the waist. The decision to add elastisc to the waist bands is up to you. I did it with this pair of sweats due to the fabric type.
